I am a freelance colorist based in New York City with five years of experience color grading on DaVinci Resolve.
Born in South Korea and raised in the American South, I found my passion for film and photography in early on. After graduating from Swarthmore College in 2018 with a degree in Sociology & Anthropology, I began my career in post production at Alkemy X in Philadelphia. I spent the first year-and-a-half handling color conforms, file-based deliveries, and quality control as a hybrid assistant editor/color assist and another year in supervised and unsupervised sessions as a junior colorist. I then went freelance to pursue a variety of projects both in the color suite and on-set as a cinematographer. In 2022, I began working professionally in New York City. My workstation runs DaVinci Resolve and is outfitted with a calibrated reference-grade FSI OLED monitor. I am available for projects of all kinds, on-premise or remote.
